Patch 1.0.3 Hotfix: Cooking and Skins

Cooking buff food from your own harvests and catches works again. The recipe book shows your real ingredients and fills them in with one click, and a skin you do not own fades off every kind of item.

1.0.3 Hotfix

Cooking

Buff food is back. Every meal cooks from the crops you grow and the fish you catch, at any crafting table or in your own 2x2 grid.

Fixes

  • Crafting A meal crafts from your real harvests and catches. For weeks the result slot stayed empty no matter what you placed. It is fixed.
  • Rarity The meal takes the rarity of its ingredients. Every crop and fish in the grid must share one rarity; mixed rarities give no result, as before.
  • Recipe book Each meal shows the real ingredients, cycling through Common to Legendary, and the result at every rarity. Click a meal and your own harvests move into the grid at the lowest rarity that covers the whole recipe. Shift-click fills as many as you hold.
  • Missing ingredients Click a meal you cannot cook yet and the recipe appears as a ghost in the grid, with a line in chat naming what it needs.
  • Old harvests A harvest, seed or fish that lost its look, or still carries the old one, refreshes itself the moment you pick it up, click it, log in or open the chest it sits in. It then stacks with fresh ones again.

Unchanged

  • The craftable filter The recipe book’s funnel and its red frames are a Minecraft limit for custom ingredients and may stay red even when you can cook. Click the entry or place the items; the result slot is the truth.
  • Recipes No meal changed its ingredients, buff or duration.

Wardrobe

A skin only shows for the player who owns it.

Fixes

  • Shields and more A skinned shield, bow, crossbow, trident, mace or elytra now fades to its plain look when a player without that skin picks it up, exactly as armor already did.

Mall

Fixes

  • Labels Shop, ledger and web labels show a harvest’s or fish’s name again instead of “Paper”.
